Sqwincher's 2L electrolyte liquid concentrate mixes to 20L of regular Sqwincher. Product Features: Low sodium, Caffeine free, Gluten free, Great taste for increased fluid consumption. Direction of Use: 1. Mix 1 x 2L bottle into a 20L Sqwincher cooler Or: mix to taste into a bottle, glass, or cup. 2. Or: Add a pump spout on the 2L bottle pump 4 times directly into a cup to make 250ml of Sqwincher. (Recommended mixing ratio is 1 part of concentrate to 9 parts water).
